Today I want to tell you a nice story, it comes from Great Britain and specifically from London. I discovered two sisters, Maddy and Alex, on the Instagram social network. Everyone tells you that they will help you to "be positive" and want to "motivate" you at any way but at the end you see just big muscolous men who live all day long at the gym! I've watch just two Soul Sister Fitness tutorials to receive a real and big dose of their positivity just enough, energy and want to do! They are Personal Trainers and their posts are simple, practical tutorials that anyone can put into practice with great simplicity. Yes, that's why I liked Maddy and Alex, their true simplicity and that they love what they do! That's why they have so many followers on their profiles! My advise is...Workout! Workout!
